Learning to Click | Photography Workshop for Moms

About a month ago we held our first ever Learning to Click Workshop and it was amazing!!  Nine wonderful ladies joined us at our hostesses’ home in Woodbury for 4 hours of hands on photography instruction.  Most everyone came into the workshop with admitting that most of the time they shot on Auto, but were anxious to really learn the ins and outs of their cameras and photography!

I’m happy to report that by the end of our workshop, most of the ladies were successfully shooting in not only semi-Manual settings, but in full Manual mode as well!

We had the MOST adorable model come for the last hour or so for everyone to practice on – definitely one of the most important parts of the workshop from what I heard.  Here are a few shots that I took of him.

It’s been fun to see everyone improve in their photography skills with their own families over these last few weeks!  I’m SO proud of these ladies, they’re really taking what they’ve learned and putting it into action!  Here they are in action!

Fellow photographers – if you’d like more information about the course materials that we used – we used the Learning to Click materials from Beyond the Shot!  Feel free to message me with any questions on it!

We are planning to offer additional workshops in the future, please contact us if you would like to receive information when our next workshop is scheduled!
